PRN Float Pool employees will be called off first during times of low census If the tier commitment is not met, the employee will be placed on Tier 1 for two pay periods, and will have to reapply using an application for transfer form in order to be re-established in their original Tier More hours are added only once their commitment is honoredĮmployees who transfer to the float pool must provide a four week notice to their existing department ![]() The PRN Float Pool employee will pre-schedule prior to the finalization of the six week schedule with the hours to be worked no less specific than their tier level. RNs who are participating in the PMC PRN Float Pool will be subject to all scheduling requirements and corresponding pay rate schedule ![]()
